Week 12 - Walk It Out

Week 12 — Walk It Out

Abide & Move Devotional Series

Scripture: James 1:22–25

"But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not just hearers who deceive themselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a person who looks at his natural face in a mirror; for once he has looked at himself and gone away, he has immediately forgotten what kind of person he was. But one who has looked intently at the perfect law, the law of freedom, and has remained there, not having become a forgetful hearer but an active doer, this person will be blessed in what he does." — James 1:22–25

Awaken

  • Read the Scripture slowly. Faith is not just about knowing—it is about doing. The Word of God is meant to be lived, not just heard.

Move (Embodied Response)

  • Lift hands in gratitude to God, as you look heavenwards.

  • Allow yourself to enjoy the music and flow with it.

Declaration

  • I am a doer of the Word, not just a hearer. I will walk out what I believe.

Reflect

  • What truth have you heard but not yet walked out? Where is God calling you to move from hearing to doing?

Live It Out

This week, take one truth you've learned over the past 12 weeks and put it into action. Don't just know it—live it.

"Prove yourselves doers of the word, and not just hearers." — James 1:22

You've completed 12 weeks of Abide & Move. But this is not the end—it is the beginning. The rhythm continues. Keep abiding. Keep moving.
